Future Plan:
Conclusion:
NAAC is a rational and thoughtfully designed system to assess the academic excellence of an educational institution holistically.Institutions accrediated through NAAC are so benchmarked in the best of their respective areas. This gives an opportunity to gauge their strength and improve their areas of deficiencies.
Duliajan is a township situated in the easternmost corner of our country. The founders of the college established a girls’ college with the noble objective of making education accessible and thereby empowering the girl child. The initiative for NAAC accreditation is a continuation of the initiative of our founders to make quality education accessible to the students. During this 30 year period, the college has been able to fulfil the needs and demands of the people of the surrounding area by imparting women education. With the changing scenario and a consequent launching of a number of new educational policies, this institute sets its goal to provide scope and support for the upcoming genarations in the field of Research and Skill based quality education. In realizing its goals, the teaching faculty and non-teaching staff has been endeavouring since its inception. Sincerity, hard work and honesty are the ingredients of this institution that every stakeholder has been nurturing continuously.
Here, we are submitting the SSR for accrediation for the first time. As we are the nascent and a lot of lacuna is expected on our part but the college fraternity strongly believes that assessment and accredation from an autonomous body like NAAC is a matter of pride and honour for our college. Therefore, we welcome the Peer team of NAAC to visit Duliajan Girls’College.
