Library is automated using Integrated Library Management System (ILMS), subscription to e-resources, amount spent on purchase of books, journals and per day usage of library
The Central Library of the college has open access for the students’ community and teachers’ fraternity. With the gradual growth of the college, the library has also been upgraded to meet the growing needs in terms of technology and user friendly software, the vital features of which are as follows:

The College Library is fully air conditioned; Wi-Fi enabled and has a seating capacity of 60 users. An E-Resource centre has been established to enable students to access information for their academic pursuits through internet and e-resources. Additionally, 3 computers have been installed for the faculty and students.
Currently the Circulation Module of SOUL is used basically for performing the works through this software. Through this module we can create, edit, delete, search user records, renew membership, perform transaction activities such as issue, Return, Reserve the items to the users and get provisions of number of routine reports and some management reports.
This Circulation Module provides Member ID for new members for borrowing books from the library. Our Library provides 5nos. of books to each student at a time for 15 days. For Teaching faculty 10 nos.of books issued through the member card for a semester i.e. 6 months. In this module there is a provision to delete and renew membership also.
Other than these, there is also provision of In house maintenance, such as to identify any kind of lost, damage, missing and withdrawal of documents and can be made the status updated regularly.
The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) module of the software allows us library database searching by entering preferred terms and is mainly used for information retrieval.
To ensure original writing among teachers and students the library also has access to fully automated software URKUND which checks submitted text for plagiarism.
The library is equipped with 6910 nos. of Text and Reference books, 7 nos. of Regional Magazine, 6 nos. of National Magazine, 16 nos. of National and International Research Journals and 257 nos. of Bounded Vols. of past issues of magazines and we have also a ISSN research Journal of our college. I would like to mention here that out of total 6910 nos. of text and reference collection, yet only 4092 numbers of books have been entered in the SOUL database. The facilities available also include 3 nos. Desktop Computers, 1 Printer, 1 Barcode Printer and a Barcode Scanner. BSNL broadband multi-user connection is also available in the library. The library also includes a digital library, which was initiated in August, 2017 and the process of up gradation is in progress. Institutional repository created in the digital library contains Repository of Research Thesis, Repository of Question Paper, Repository of College Magazine, Souvenir and Newsletters of different departments etc.
